Insurance: All our deliveries are insured regardless of the delivery company or the value of the order.

Delivery Tracking: We personally track all our deliveries. We also provide you with a tracking number for your package as soon as it leaves the store, allowing you to track your order whenever you want.

Return Information

AXL Jewelry is committed to bringing you only high-quality products. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, you can decide to exchange it or return it for a full refund.

Items can be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of the goods. The return shipping costs will be at your expense. However, in the event of an exchange, we will offer you the shipping costs for your new order.

In case of refund, you will be credited in the same manner as the original payment method. Please note that a refund may take up to 15 days to process after receipt of your return. AXL Jewelry reserves the right to deduct any additional bank fees and commissions related to the payment method.

Items must be returned with the original shipping. Returned jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
